Usage Tips

• Avoid direct sunlight. Let your piece air-dry slowly in a shaded area. If necessary, cover it with a damp cloth to slow down the drying process. Gradual drying helps prevent cracking.

• Maintain even thickness. Areas that are too thick or too thin are more likely to crack. Try to keep the clay thickness consistent throughout your work.

• Keep your hands and workspace slightly moist. This helps maintain the clay’s workability during shaping.

• Choose a proper drying surface. Place the finished piece on newspaper, a damp cloth, or a wooden board. Avoid smooth, non-absorbent surfaces, as they can prevent moisture from escaping evenly from the base and may cause cracking.

• Use clay with the right moisture balance. The clay has already been vacuum-processed and should not be too wet or too dry. Too wet: difficult to shape. Too dry: prone to cracking.

• As the clay dries during use, wipe your hands regularly to maintain the proper moisture level.

With proper handling, even standard air-dry clay can dry without cracking.

To keep it soft and not dry, it must be stored tightly sealed. Please avoid direct sunlight.  It can be stored for 1 years.
