Sculpture Clay（Oil based modelling clay）- Mid-Hard
Description:
Medium hard oil modelling clay is suitable for large-scale sculpture or beginner's sculpture. It is easy to knead and recover hardness after cooling.
Product advantages: no impurities, very even and bright colors, very smooth surface.
1) It has strong applicability, high melting point, when heated it turn into oil/wax based, not very watery.
2) Good cutting performance will not stick onto knife, delicate and easy to fill.
3) Strong durability, longer storage time of the finished model, no mildew, no oxidation, no cracking.
Lifetime:
Avoid high temperatures above 45 degrees. It can be stored 3 years.
Usage:
All kinds of Sculpture Clays can be heated to liquid state to be poured into moulds. The hard one melts at 70-80℃， medium-hard at 45-60℃, and the heating process needs to be at a constant temperature. And after poured into moulds, cooling process the clay will be solid again. And then can be carved with carving knife or hobby knife for fine details. Also, the heating and cooling process is repeatable. In carving process can also be blown with a hair dryer to get slightly softer and kneadable.
NOTE:
Oil modelling clay is very sensitive to temperature, and softness/harness changes with temperature very quickly and closely. So, the final product hardness with be various with season in the factory, also the season in Australia. But this will not affect the usage or the performance of the product, can always heat or cool the product to gain the perfect using state. In the final state it will always be solid and craved with beautiful details.
